Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
Shipping:
Physical items are shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Tracking information will be provided via email to the customer once shipped. Transit times may vary by carrier but are usually delivered within 2 days from shipment date.
Digital products are sent to the customer via email within 10 minutes of purchase, typically products are delivered within a few minutes. Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns or exchanges for digital products. However, we always want to make it right. Returns and Exchanges:
Returns can be submitted with our Returns and Exchanges Form.
Returns are accepted on all unworn and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase.* Each item must be in new condition, with tags still intact.
Return options are:
- Return item for full refund of purchase price (shipping costs may be additional). A refund can only be sent to the original payment method.
- Store Credit for purchase price
- Exchange for Same Style in another offered option (e.g., size or color)
In the event the exchanged items are not available, we will contact you to determine if you would like a full refund or store credit.
*Pre-Order items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods
